It all started with Team In Training at the St. Anthony’s Triathlon in 2011. Now I enjoy the training as much as the race and try not to take things too seriously (as long as I have a good race). This is all supposed to be fun, but there are ways to make it more enjoyable. I like to find those things and share them with others.
